Hi there

I am so sorry about my last post i dont know what happened and i am new to this.

I hope you can all help me with my query,

I am looking for my idea engagement ring. I sort of know what kind of style i would like but i want to make sure that i do all my research as i will be loking and wearing that engagment ring for the rest of my life.

I know i want a sort of solitire but with a eternity style band. I would also like the bit where the diamond sits to be very tall so it sticks out alot but i am not sure what that bit is called. I want it in white gold and i would like a full eternity band wedding ring to go with that

Could some help explain or direct me to the right archive which explains the band, settings, ring styles etc so i can research into those.

Thank you for all your help but its sort of like a little mini project into finding my perfect ring

Paul is right, narrow down your parameters a bit then when you know what you are looking for we can go from there.

It sounds like you want a pave setting with the head and the diamond set quite high and a matching band, look at these to see what you think.

Thank you for your all your replys. Yes i probably have ages before i would get engaged but probably just wanted to find out what i really really want and love. Iv seen all your rings on this site and i ant belive all of them are so pretty that im overwhelmed. My bf did buy me some custom mad diamond earrings their 0.75 ct but he got them quite cheap as he knows the person who actually makes the earrings and buys the diamond.

oh wow that is exactly the ring i want. but how do you know if the ring will suit you. i have quite chubby fingers and i didnt want a too off a thin band on the ring as it will make the ring look smaller but i love that ring thank you for sharing
 
i am sorry to sound naive, but i just wanted to know if you chose your own engagment rings or did you hint to your other half so he knew what to get you? also does anyone have any website on the tradtions of wedding mainly a church. christian one. i am chinese and recently became a christian so i just wanted to knwo more many thanks

The ring''s I''ve attached are what got my brother to purchase the Gabriel&Co. His girlfriend and I are best friends and she told him what she was looking for in a ring. She specifically wanted a round diamond 1 carat with a white gold setting. I pretty much took control of the ring shopping since I really wanted her to get what she wants and make sure that my brother got the best deal. My brother is very picky so after looking at 100s of rings, he finally found one that he liked. This ring is similar to the Tiffany Novo. Before he ordered the ring, she and I went together to a Tiffany''s and tried one on. She loved it! She doesn''t know what he''s getting her though since it''s a secret. She knows that the Novo is out of the budget, but that didn''t mean we weren''t going to get her another designer ring without the Tiffany price tag. You can go into any Tiffany''s and try on their Novo. See if you like the look on your finger. If you do, then you can be safe to order this one from ID Jewelry.
