Engaged! Sapphire with Diamond Baguettes set in Platinum

Got a great deal on the setting at a local place. Platinum with Diamond Baguettes for $750. It was a setting they picked up at an estate, a great deal! A little over $300 for the 1.10 carat oval sapphire, which looks beautiful.

After taxes it was $1156, but appraised for $2550! Even more important, she loves it! It''s exactly what she wanted.

And she said yes!

Oh, how lovely! A colored center with baguettes looks so classic and elegant to me - and the color of the sapphire is fantastic. My favorite shade of cornflower blue .... Nicely done, and congratulations!
