Ty all for such nice compliments. As a lot of you know you pick a loose stone- then if you are anything like me you have serious doubts and google google google. Hello PS! That’s when the doubts really set in. Did I look long enough? Did I get a beautiful stone for what we paid? Will I still love it once it set! Is it too deep/too shallow? Aye! The list goes on and on.

Hi @sledge when you have a moment can you run my stone thru your cut calculator. So neat you created this tool! I didn’t want to hijack the other thread.
Yesterday, while taking photos I also took my own ASET? picture. I thought it looked really neat. I know my stone is not ideal -just curious. I’m happy with it either way. If I remember correctly it scored 1.9 HCA

I never got notification about this thread, and just saw it when looking at one of your other threads as you referenced specs, etc and I was trying to find them.

Anyhow, here is a screen cap of your stone proportions in my calculator. The ratings are based on the 2008 proportions charts and shows your stone to land solidly in excellent. Although it is more of a 60/60 style stone it has a 33/41 combo which if you search does extremely well in that style of stone.
