Not that long ago, my DH gave me a home made gift card for David Klass. I had a small project in mind for some hauyne that I picked up from Yvonne. Since I was officially given the green light, I was off like a rocket to have this new ring made.

Uh oh! Sorry you missed out on it (though I would be lying if I said I was unhappy I got it. ). You can have dibs, if I every change my mind on it.
I don't know how long it will take to set it. I keep spending my money on new gems instead of being responsible and setting the ones I already have. It's a sickness I tell you!

I bought this lavender spinel from Jim McCormick on FB. It’s a gorgeous freaking color but it turns out I don’t love step cuts. I know, shocking right?! Not precision cutting but still pretty good.
I am sending it back but I thought I’d post it in case anyone’s been looking for one. This baby is definitely sizable at 3.93ct. I bet it would look amazing in a vintage style setting.
