Earring Pricing Help

Hi all, I'm thinking about buying these earrings. I'm wondering what a fair price for them would be.Here are the stats:

They are OECs
Diamonds: 1.65-1.7 tcw (Apprx)

Clarity: (1) SI2 / (2) VS1+

Color: (1) J / (2) I (Near Colorless)

The seller says the VS1 stone is 100% eye clean and has this to say about the SI2 stone: The si2 is a white crystal that is on the very edge of the table mostly leading into the crown. I would say 90% of dealers would say its eye clean. I am a bit pickier if I loop the stone find the inclusion I can make out the crystal it does blend in very well though.

What should I consider when making an offer? What is a fair price? If I wanted to resell these (either as they currently are or re-set) would there be a market for them and how much would they be worth given the above stats?

No certs. I'm also wondering if I buy something without a cert, if I should get it certified. I notice some sellers offer a certificate of authenticity and I wonder if that is better than nothing or if it truly means anything.

Have you seen the stones in person? Are they a trusted OEC vendor who can identify real performers? Did you get a video of these stones in various lighting environments? Unless you have money to burn I would not buy uncerted stones of this size without them being sent to GIA. It looks like unsetting them from that setting shouldn’t be an issue right? The only way I would buy is if I was a pro and wanted to score a deal by knowing something the seller doesn’t.

If all that checks out, then do comps with jewels by grace and OWD prices to start. You can even look up prices for MRBs and then maybe add a premium because some vendors will charge more for OECs.
