Does this sound like a good diamond?

My girlfriend fell in love with particular design from Kwiat when we were on a trip to NY. I was originally going to source a diamond myself and have something similar made but found that buying it directly from them wouldn't be that much more expensive. I have no idealscope/ASET images but do have a GIA cert of the diamond that will be set in the ring and will be seeing a video of it soon. But I am very inexperienced when it comes to diamonds.

Stats are as follows:
Carat weight: 1.19
Color: G
Clarity: VS2
Dimensions: 6.84 - 6.90 x 4.15 mm
Cut: GIA Excellent
Finish: Excellent polish and symmetry
Fluorescence: Faint
Table: 60%
Crown angle: 34% Crown height: 13.5%
Pavillion Angle: 41.2%
Dept: 60.3% (hope this was the right number I'm new to reading these reports)
Girdle: thin-medium faceted 3.5%
Culet: none

I know there's only so much that can be told from specs but do these numbers fall in the typically desired range for good light performance? The company claims that all their diamonds are excellent cut and are selected from amongst GIA3x diamonds. Also is faint fluorescence ok or does this detract from the beauty and/or value of the stone?

Thanks in advance for any input.
