Does anyone know where I might find this design?

I found this ring @ zales (First Picture) which I like but as we all know, their quality is not where some of us would like it to be. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I could find something similar. I do have my own center stone and I'm looking for this in platinum.
Alternatively, should I go the custom route? Who would you recommend and how much should it cost?
I found this one on Anjolee at a reasonable cost but I'm not sure it's that close. Do the side diamonds look the same to you? TIA

I don't think you'll have any trouble at all finding that setting. I don't think custom is necessary, as it is a very popular style, and you could have the vendor do double prongs. Do you like any of these?

I also recommend checking out Brian Gavin's website. They also sell just the setting without the requirement of buying the center stone from them. There are quite a few that match that style and the plat prices start at $1875 for the Ering itself.
