It has a 60.9% depth and 60% table. GIA rated it excellent cut but HCA scored a 4. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

HCA = 4?

I would reject rounds that score over 2.0 on the HCA.
Get an Idealscope pic on those that score under 2.0.

Round is the most abundant shape so I'd only pick one that does well on all the cut-evalation tools.

These are measurements to help you stay in ideal cut territory with a GIA excellent cut stone.

table: 54-58

depth: 60-62.3

crown angle: 34-35.0 (up to 35.5 crown angle can sometimes work with a 40.6 pav angle)

pavilion angle: 40.6-40.9 (sometimes 41.0 if the crown angle is close to 34)

So no, that pav angle is out of the acceptable range especially if you are buying without idealscope and ASET images.

Thanks for the advice. I will pass on this one then.
