I'm actually in the process of having this ring recreated by JbEG as an alternate ering. Except mine will have a RG shank and WG head.

You just want 3 sided micro pave for that type of what I call "snake skin" look.

Edit: I have been asked to eleborate on this a little further. So to sum up.

Brightcut is a form of Pave. There are several other (mushroom, vcut etc)
Micropave also has several forms but most often they are not as descript and just called micropave without breaking it down further. micropave is set in a honeycomb (which I call snake skin) pattern typically 3 or 4 rows wide and are smaller then regular pave. I go on but honestly LM has a wonderful explantation that I think others can find extremely useful. I call it the 101 guide to pave. I hope this helps you OP!

I know the different pave types......i just cannot see this well enough and wondered of it was indeed brightcut?
3 sided can come in other types too i believe......

Not sure if you read my first posting or if i wasn't clear but It is micropave. Yes regular pave can be 3 sided but it will look more like this vs. a honeycomb pattern. Once again look at the links I provided off the LM website which really breaks it down. It is definitely not brightcut.
