Oh no, hoping whatever it is he recovers.
I am happy to report that my boyfriends nephew heard yesterday that his C-19 tests were negative.

@swaye2010 , like the others-I am praying for you and your family and am so sorry.
Please excuse-This is a bit off-topic and maybe covered already, but does anyone know of anyone who tested positive for flu and ended up actually having this instead?
I have the flu, they have misdiagnosed people with the flu sometimes it takes a few days for the tests to come back this has been where there have been errors made - a nasal swab will confirm if it is the flu - they don't get those wrong. It's the waiting period of finding out in some places where people make incorrect assumptions.
I was cracking jokes about getting both at once when I got the flu and it turns out yes you can get both at the same time. I had to take my son to a medical centre last week that was testing patients with COVID - 19 because he fell over at school onto concrete and we thought he had broken his wrist, and that was the only place we could get into other than waiting for many many hours at a hospital. Everyone was keeping away from me like I had the plague. The doctor there said yes you can get both at once.
People self misdiagnose and if they don't test for one or they other they can get it wrong. If you test positive for the flu you probably don't have it as well unless you have both at the same time, which is highly unlikely but not impossible.
@Siamese Kitty - I hope that you are all O.K and feeling better now, yes that IS a big problem not enough COVID - 19 test kits and unless you can prove you have either been overseas or in contact with someone that had or has it they more than likely will not test you. If you have any chest or breathing issues go to a hospital or medical centre, if you have breathing issues hopefully there is somewhere you can go and specifically ask to be tested for it.
We had to sit in that medical centre for an hour and a half and then at the X-Ray place but my son has a bad sprain nothing is broken or fractured thankfully. I was mindful however that we did have to sit in a place that had surfaces and people possibly with COVID - 19 so that sucked but what can you do.....
Two deaths in DHs family today. His cousin's FIL and his uncles BIL.
Both over 70, but no additional risk factors. Both wives infected but stable atm.
This is getting closer every day...
My husbands Uncle is a Doctor in France and he was diagnosed with Covid-19 a few days ago. He has high fevers and respiratory difficulties right now.
Just received an email from my firm that someone in our office (of about 95 people) has it and is recovering at home right now. The person thinks they got it from someone else from contact about a week before we went to WFH. The firm won't tell us who that person is, which I do kinda understand, but now some folks are in a panic. Frankly I think if anyone else got it from them we would know by now because we've been WFH for 19 days now... ?
Thanks , missy... Fil and mil are devastated.. And seriously panicked today
