While the brown diamond had nothing to do with her, I do agree that her lack of responsiveness is an issue for a business owner. I have sent her 3 emails with inquiries over several months and all have gone unanswered. She has supposedly been tied up with travel this past week yet she finds time to post on loupetroupe. Her work is beautiful but I no longer have any interest in doing business with her, from my own experience as well as from what I have seen posted on PS
