Hi i am trying to purchase a pair of earrings on 3 prong martini setting for my wife with .38 carats each (3/4 carats total) and wondering if there will be noticeable visual difference between an average gia excellent cut compared to a super ideal cut on earrings in that size. For example I am looking at the following 2 stones as example. Excellent cut i color is $560 while super ideal is $720. Please let me know your opinion based on your knowledge

I would prefer that the cut quality be similar but I also wouldn't want two color grades separating the stones. A G/H combo or a H/I combo would be preferable if the stones are not the same color.

You can search James Allen website for matching pair diamonds for earrings. Gives you better access to similar stones to make earrings.

Yeah. I would not do G/I either.

Stick to one color grade difference even though the stones are small, and they are on different ears.
