Did i get a good value on this purchase?

Just bought a diamond an engagement ring for my gf and was wondering if someone could tell me their opinion on the value that I got with price.

btw the stone was put up against another gia cert h cushion and I was having trouble telling the difference in color

There was quite a bit of fire and brilliance. The diamond sparkled in almost every type of lighting.

My total price for the whole ring was 11,800

I was comparing that against another jewler who showed me an h Vs2 cushion with Excellent polish and very good symmetry with similar depth and table percentages. This ring would have cost 12,900.

I went with the cheaper option but I think I got a better value.
