I am considering purchasing the following diamond:

It receives a 1.4 on the HCA scale. Does this look like a good value? (I have read about the reputation of EGL). Also, does it look eye-clean from the image? New to this so it is hard for me to tell. I'd be getting it throuhg Genesis so it has a 120-day return policy, just want some more experienced opinions.Thanks so much for the help!
