Good Morning all!
Looking for someone to spend my money! Hah..All kidding aside, I am arrived here at the forum looking for guidance and suggestions, so thank you to all in advance!!
Budget: ~$6k USD
S.O. ring qualities desired:
1) Thin band/shank (finger size is a 5)
2) Round cut
3) Accent stones extending at least 3/4 way down the band from the center stone
4) Minimal rise/protrusion (ie lower profile) of the Head/center stone from the band
5) Prefers Rose Gold for the band
Misc info/questions:
a) I am thinking a 6 prong may be best for protection of the stone??
b) For a rose gold band, I am thinking along the lines of these specs (but let the guidance commence):
1.0 Carat min - J or K color - VS1/VS2 - Platinum or White Gold Prongs
c) Diamond fluorescence advisement; None? Strong? Have come across a couple of posts advocating for a blue fluorescence against the rose gold bands
I think this is a good rolling start, but please let me know where I can fill in any blanks to best help you, help me! Again, thank you all for your time!
