Design Ideas Needed

Hi everyone. I hope everyone is well here. I bought these 3 diamonds in 2008:

Since then, I have been wearing the 1 carats as earrings nonstop and the 1.24 not so much. I had it removed from a pendant to a RHR. I have also had another little one.

I wear a ruby with 2 0.30 diamond sidestones on my left hand, I don't wear the RHR as much.

Choice #1: I was thinking of taking the 1.24 and adding 2 side stones to it to make a 3 stone ring (since I have 3 kids).
Choice #2: Getting an eternity band made and not worry about the 1.24. I worry it will go unworn.
Choice #3: Eternity band with diamond ruby alternating.

Questions:

• Which would you pick?

• I got my diamonds from GOG last time. Would you go with them again or BlueNile?

• For the side stones, I guess I shouldn't pick anything greater than 0.60 carat each?

I like the idea of a 3 stone and using what you have, not to mention the symbolism of 1 diamond for each of your 3 kids.

Do you think I should go for 0.6-0.70 carat each for the side diamonds or try to do 1 carat each since the center is 1.24?

I wonder if it will look weird to have 3 stones of 1 carat each. I was thinking of making them equal.

Also, since the center diamond is a G, what color should be the side stones? Can they be DEF? Or should I stick to GH?
