Custom set OMC finally here!!!!

I got my ring today and I am truly delighted!!
I cannot say enough about how amazing and wonderful Erica at LAD is. She was absolutely the best!!! Erica was eternally patient and kind during the entire process (which took me forever because I’m so indecisive). I completely changed gears on the setting. I posted a thread here a bit ago about my design but we went in an entirely different direction. I wanted feminine, simple, and graceful. Erica nailed it! Upon opening today, the finished ring far exceeded my expectations!!
This is my very first old cut and I’m in love.
You cannot see the sparkles and color flashes in the photos - I don’t know how to capture that but they are magnificent!!
As happy as I am now I’ve definitely caught the bug on here with you all. So I’m already on the hunt for old cut #2.

Admittedly the SI1 was scary but it is one teeny tiny freckle that I absolutely cannot see.
That’s so funny you asked about the culet poking into my finger!!! That was Erica’s concern as well as I wanted it set very low, so she made sure the placement was just exactly where it would not poke and no it does not!
It is extremely comfortable! Actually, it is a tad too large I have to decide if I’m going to just keep it like that or have it sized.
