Cushion Vs. Round...Price

Hello,

Can someone let me in on why there is such a huge price difference between a cushion and a round diamond?

I have really been loving the look of the cushion and just noticed there is a real considerable difference in price.

Supply and demand. The demand for RB cuts is significant higher than fancy cuts. Also, cut grading only exists for RB and princess cuts, AFAIK. That said, if you prefer the look of a fancy cut, you can often get a great deal. I would definitely do some research before hand, though.
