Couple questions on a Blue Nile setting

Hey all, I came across this setting which intrigued me, over at Blue Nile. I know BN isn't a preferred vendor; does that extend to settings (as opposed to stones)?

They can't provide any more photos of it ("it's new"), which gives me pause.

Has anyone seen anything elsewhere that feels similar to this setting, ideally at a vendor that PS favors?

Also open to any feedback! Is this type of setting unlikely to look as nice in person?

That's a bypass setting. Gabriel & Co. has a ton of them. I'm not an "expert" but I did want to say that my sister has a Blue Nile setting and it's beautiful and she hasn't had any trouble with it (she's been married 7 years). Here is a link to the Gabriel & Co. page:

Also, for what it's worth, my mom had a bypass setting when she and my dad got married in the 70s....so style-wise they're obviously pretty timeless.
