I looked to see if this had been posted already but couldn't find it. A month ago there were people who bought stud earrings from Costco. I thought they may be interested in this.
The Pres of Costco came on CNBC last week and told of a nice jump in profits for the quarter ending June 30th. Some of it was due to the sale of a 10 ctw VSi , I color diamond. He also reported that their diamond sales have increased.
Well, I say we are in good company. I admit to having an issue with my studs, but they say they will correct it as soon as the vendor sends them new inventory, which will be in 4 weeks. I found, after staring at them a while, they are different sizes. I was so excited to get them and am not at all an expert in diamonds like many of you folks, so while I did notice , I wasn't bothered by it. But as I kept looking, it annoyed me. If I were to gift these to anyone, I decided I would be embarrassed at the size difference. This may also be the reason that when I tried to measure, one seemed large. I believe they will do an exchange, so I'm not worried about it. They have kept me informed.
The executive was quite pleased.
