GIA cert - in Additional grading information - there are the following comments: (the stone is a SI1 by the way)

Pinpoints are not shown
Internal Graining is not shown

so I guess the stone has these - but it is not depicted on the stone diagram? Should one steer clear of a stone with these kinds of comments?

The referenced thread has a lot of great info.

In the simplest terms, one cannot plot numerous very tiny inclusions or properly depict clouds with hand drawn plots. Invariably, the plot would look far worse than the reality inside the diamond. Remember, a clarity plot is one of the pieces of the puzzle which help to describe and re-identify the diamond. If it is drawn with a heavy hand it will not serve either function very well. These comments make it clear to dealers that some very small, or low relief elements are there which are best described verbally rather than plotted manually.
