Cartier juste un clou ring?

Hi all,

Not sure if i post this in the right sub?
Seller said it's original. I've tried to search but couldn't find any that looks similair.
Could this be a Cartier from an older collection?

I'm no expert, so maybe this belongs the a super fancy limited edition .. ..

That said it certainly has nothing in common with the Cartier juste un clou line :
- The head on juc is always round

-there's never a logo on the head

- the Cartier pavé is even and silky smooth, no rows in between

- the proportions on the ring are off. Too bulky, no flow, gap too wide between elements of the shank

Only Bulgari did snake heads but that’s not their logo.
