It's really hard to say without specifications. You could send them to the GIA for grading and/or have an appraiser take a look!

I just inherit this diamonds from my grandparents and one of them has a note inside that is written russian diamond and ive just heard some stories outside that russian diamond are fancy. So do i consider this one fancy or maybe its legit? Thanks for the reply

'Fancy cut' diamonds are (usually) all shapes that are not round (as I understand it) or can be 'Fancy Light [insert colour]' if it is a coloured stone - a diamond's source location does not make it 'fancy'.

You will need to send them to GIA or AGS for truly accurate assessment, in my opinion.

To value diamonds you need a comprehensive lab report ie GIA so you can know the colour, clarity, cut and carat weight. All these factors have an impact on value. The difference in value between a 3 carat F colour IF clarity and a I colour S12 clarity is tens of thousands of dollars
the origin of diamonds doesn’t “add” anything to the value so diamonds from Russia are valued the same as diamonds from anywhere else.
”Fancy” in diamonds usually relates to colour ie being a fancy yellow or fancy pink. Sometimes it’s used to describe unusual cuts.
first step would be to get proper lab reports and then an appraiser can give you a valuation.
