I am getting an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I am looking at this stone.

From what I read, G color is pretty much colorless when mounted and VS2 is good enough for naked eyes. Is it correct?
I calculated HCA which is 1.1. Is HCA > 2 not acceptable or how bad it is?
Is there any issue you can find in this stone? Also is there a huge jump in $/carat from 1.8 to 2.0?
Thanks

If I was spending that much money I would want actual images of the diamond.

A HCA score of under 2 means that it's worth investigating further, which means getting ASET/idealscope images, something Blue Nile doesn't offer. I agree with AprilBaby, if I was spending that much money, I'd definitely want to know it was the best performing stone before buying it.

A properly graded VS2 would be eye clean, but many SI1s would be too. A G color is pretty safe, unless you're the rare person who's extremely color sensitive. Many PSers would say you can go down to an H, or even an I color safely (and a few would go even further than that). The price does jump when you hit the 2ct mark, just like when it jumps at the 1ct mark.

Is it a dud? The numbers say most likely not. But is it the best performing stone you can buy? We don't know, and there's no way of knowing. And for me, if I couldn't answer that second question, I would pass.

Just to throw some options out there with ones that have IS/ASET images

Check out WhiteFlash and Good Old Gold because they both provide pictures and idealscope images, etc. showing light performance. You cannot safely buy a diamond from paper alone.

I didn't think BN would supply pictures, can you ask whether they can provide an idealscope and/or ASET image? It's a long shot, but maybe BN is stepping up their game. Those are the images that matter the most.

I doubt the 2.05ct G VS2 would qualify as an H&A, but then again having the H&A pattern doesn't guarantee best light performance. Is there a specific reason why you want to go with BN? Or are you open to using other vendors that provides more information?
