thank you for anyone who will read this and can offer any thoughts or advice.

I am looking to complement my redone (for the 4th time) engagement ring.. I had emailed B2C asking if they give any discount for Pricescope members (as I am one) and I was interested in this ring:

it's not very expensive. They kindly answered my first email as saying the do give a discount to Pricescope members and which ring was I interested in.. I emailed back to them the above and said I really liked this one below better but my husband is like NO.

I asked if they could make a smaller version of the second pointer.. I've not heard back from them in several days..my husband bought me (like 7 years ago) princess diamond earrings from Blue Nile and that is the only time we have every boldly gone where we have never gone before and bought diamond jewelry on the web..

Sorry for the length.. can it take weeks to hear back? I heard back from Precision Diamond immedately - but their ring is just too expensive although I would LOVE to be able to buy it. :( anyway.. if you can offer any insight that would be wonderful and thank you! if not thanks for reading anyway.

Custom making a ring that's sort of like one in inventory is a VERY different sort of task from selling goods manufactured in a production environment. I don't know if B2C does custom work or not but be prepared for a sticker shock even if they do.

Sometimes emails get lost in the process or the various spam filters. That's a problem of the modern age. Try calling them. They're pretty friendly people and they should be happy to give you straight answers about what they can and can't do.

As this ring is already on offer at half price, I cannot see them making a smaller one for cheaper. Say for instance the
smaller one was $750 full price but $375 half price that would be for a ready made ring. If they went to make that
one custom if they even do that service it would not doubt be more expensive than that imaginery $375 and may be
$500 so you could have had the larger ready made one for the same price of $500. I don't know about their quality
and have never dealt with them. I have dealt with Good Old Gold and Whiteflash and would recommend them,
however I would think they would be more expensive than $500.

thank you for your reply.. I agree it's already 1/2 of list price.. I reset my diamond and I would like a baguette style wedding band but my husband won't go for 2-3K because I already spent in the last 3 years 4.5K resetting the diamond.. now wouldn't let is worse than it sounds.. I understand we are not in the position to spend a lot as we already have (a lot for us :-) I read reviews of B2C here and people like them so I think I will just go ahead and I will post a pix when it comes for you do see if you would like.. as a very old lady but new to here I appreciate you taking the time to give advice.. happy Sat.!!!!
