We definitely can't estimate the specs without more info. One picture isn't enough because we can't judge much about color or cut from 1 photo alone. We need much more info. If you are considering buying it, you 100% need a GIA/AGS report before considering it. DO NOT buy from any private seller without those docs. The only people I would ever buy from without those docs are highly trusted vendors (ID Jewelry in NY, Diamonds by Lauren in NY), but never from a stranger or off the internet from someone who could be selling literally anything.

The ring belongs to an acquaintance and I was just curious as to how this ring compares to a super ideal diamond. Here is another shot from further away on a sunny day. I know it's low resolution.

Yeah, absolutely no clue. There's just no way to estimate specs like that.
