Can anyone explain the grading discrepancy on 2 stones?

Please see attached grading reports. The 2.39 carat stone has more inclusions, specifically twinning wisps, and one crystal and is graded an VS2 clarity grade. The 2.52 has less twinning wisps, and one small feather and is graded an SI2 clarity grade. Any explanation for this? Thanks in advance for all the invaluable information I am learning.

One obvious question is do you have photos of these two stones, or have you seen them in person?

ETA: I just read the link suggested below and it gives a really great explanation!

Diamonds are graded through a 10x loupe only - real-world visibility or effect on light return doesn't come into it at all. Five factors - type, location, size, number, relief. No photos, and not seen in person.

Twinning wisps are my favorite inclusion type. Depending on the price, that might be a great value.
