Hmmm.
I think I have a solution.
You need some thin plastic tubing/ plug, like those soft plastic earring backs you can buy. You should put one on first over the brooch pin, it must be snug, and slide it down then put the converter on but get the edge of it under or over the plastic plug and the put another plug at the other end. This will stop the converter from rolling over on the brooch pin, which is what is happening.
