Brian Gavin Matched Pair questions on videos

Hello all,

I saw this match pair and I am happy with the numbers, but one of the diamond give me some questions.

The 0.764ct diamond in the spark videos some show surface graining like scratches. I used the live chat and chatted with The sales person and she informed me that it’s just refections.

I then look at the other diamond’s spark video and don’t see anything like that. I mean reflection from what? The diamond is facing up. Could it be dirty?

If they see the video came out this way, why won’t they make another video that reflect how the diamond suppose to look?

Beautiful pair! The stone has some feather and needle inclusions which is what you are seeing. In VS2 clarity, I wouldn’t be particularly concerned. I have had 2 SI2 stones from BG which were eye-clean.
