Boston Area GTG???

Hello New England Ladies (and NEL!)

So FI and I put a deposit down on a set of wedding bands at the Jeweler''s building yesterday!!! I have to show them off, ASAP. Is anyone interested in a GTG?

Yes, we have a pretty good-sized group here in the Northeast. Probably 10 or so ladies. Usually our GTGs involve lunch/brunch, cameras, lots of gems, and drool. It''s a good time!

I''m free any day except Super Bowl Sunday-including week days since I''m unemployed! Grrr....still peeved about that. So pick a day (24th or 31st) and I''ll be there!

hey if anyone is interested in checking it out--- there''s a nice little antique jewelry shop in lexington---off of 95--- ( its where I got my oec w-band). anyone interested in checking it out? then there is Burlington right near there ( it has some bling shops)... and stuff to do in that area--- food n suchhhhhhh... Nordstroms etccccc

I rarely have any blingy fun to share, so yea, I was hoping to bring everyone in to see them. Plus the jeweler''s building is so big there''s a TON to see there....mmmm pad sapphires....

Any time! The rest of my January is wide open! I've been thinking of visiting the colored gems shop again, and scoping out the place sna recommended in that building.

Can I come too? I don't have much diamond bling but I do have color stone bling (and a passel of unset stones too).

The more the merrier and it sounds like everyone is open to either date. Isn''t one of them SB weekend though? Perhaps we should go with the other date so if anyone is planning a party on Saturday they have at least one day to relax.

Good point, HH--Super Bowl Sunday is Feb. 1st and I know that even though we can''t cheer on the Pats, many of us are probably attending or hosting a party that day. That would leave the 24th for the bling-fest. Can everybody make the 24th?

Lunch sounds great. Last time we did brunch at the Omni Parker House. I think we should spice it up a bit and go to Fajitas and ''Ritas which is in the Downtown Crossing area. It''s casual and pretty cheap. Any other ideas??
