Hi,

For those of you that have been following my diamond earrings journey here are some glam shots from BGD. The earrings are arriving tomorrow! No pics of the earrings together so I hope that the bezels match in size. I can't wait to see them although DH is planning to pick them up and hide them until valentines day :( I don't think I'll be able to resist looking for them before then! Enjoy!

Pretty! What are the diamond specs? I'm living vicariously you see, my new earrings won't be ready for at least another week from BGD.

THose are GORGEOUS hospatogi!! I love the backs - they are little works of art in themselves! such beautiful milgraining - they really do that so well, don't they! Hope you don't have to wait till the 14th... maybe valentine's could come a week early this year??? ;))
 
I really love these. Bezels and Martini studs are my favorites. :D

MC , I requested jumbo tension backs to make it more secure and keep from drooping.
That is so exciting Jax172! I am sure you will be very happy with them! My earrings are 1.17 twct with one stone being an H and the other is a G. I don't think there much difference n color between the two. I can't wait to see your earrings too!
I hope so Enerchi otherwise I may just have to sneak around our apartment looking for them this weekend !

I have 2 pairs of studs that I wear a lot. One pair is the baby bezels - plain, no milgrain (can't remember the size but I think they are about 1/3 ctw). The other pair is a pair of martinis the same size as your new milgrained bezels (a little over 1 ctw). I like yours the best!
 
I went back and forth between the bezels and martini because both styles are beautiful. The bezels won out n the end for me because I wanted to add a bit more size as an upgrade is not in my future for quite some time. Your bracelet is really gorgeous Katiedid!

They look gorgeous. My studs are the same size and I'm always wondering if I should bezel them. I cannot wait to see ear shots and to hear what you think!

Thank you Roxy, YT ,vickygigi, and rosebloom! I just checked FedEx and its still in transit. It should arrive by tomorrow evening. I will certainly post ear pics very soon! I am so excited that I doubt I will be able to sleep tonight!

I am very keen to hear how you find the jumbo tension backs as I am trying to upgrade my current BGD plain bezels to a larger size in the milgrain bezels too and feel I will need the extra support as I have little lobes that tend to let studs droop

that is if I can ever get my hands on my chosen stones - for the second time the pair I have selected have been sold as I have tried to make a purchase - the diamond gods just are not smiling on me right now ;(

looking forward to seeing your pics after the 14th!!
