I am looking to reset my original (pre-pricescope) wedding band for sentimental reasons. The stones are about 20-22 points each and there are 7 of them. It is currently in a very heavy platinum setting with 4 prongs on each stone. I never wear it because there is a lot of metal and it is not very comfortable. I would like to do a stand alone band that bezels the stones, some milgrain, maybe some engraving and has basket interest from the side. There was a CVB ring a while back that was a 5 stone bezeled with milgrain and a leaf detail on each side (I think it had a brushed platinum finish?) but I can't find pics. I also love the profile view of the 2 rings below as well as the beautiful DK octagon bezel five stone rings I've seen on here. I am also including pics of Shelby's CVB five stone that I love the top view of. I would like to maybe combine that ring with the profile of the ring on the first ring (if that is even possible!) Of course I am having a hard time finding pictures now that I am seriously looking to start this project! Can I use all seven stones or will it be too wide? Any advice or pictures would be so very appreciated!

7 stones might get too wide, unless you did something like the first pic below by DK, where stones step down a little? If the 7 stones are 3.5 mm x 7, well that's alot of finger coverage. I would worry about comfort.
I also found a CvB 5 stone, the one you were maybe looking for?20181022_232023.png20181022_193319.jpg
