Better workmanship (pave and finish): Whiteflash or BGD?

Hello all. I'm starting a new project and would love your opinions on who does better pave (and has better finish overall) between the two companies. Thanks in advance!

Can you explain a little more about the item?

I think they both have solid in house benches. I've seen both of their work in person and the pave is lovely. And I have owned BGD pieces. My BGD pieces were appraised to have top marks for finish details. To rival anyone. And that was from a PS appraiser.

It does depend a bit on what you want.
I think with stuff like this: http://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/93/16/fa/9316fa031667082df62d300a0b1ec7b1.jpg BGD has the edge though. And with creativity, at least in my opinion.

Thanks, Gypsy. Diamondseeker, I'm in the beginning phase of having a haloed 5-stone made, inspired by a JB Star piece I saw. Roughly 40 pointers with a 1 pointer (1/2 pointer?) halo. I've been talking to Sheerah at Whiteflash who has been great, and they have a perfect suite of stones in stock right now, but I've had a BGD ring before and loved the quality. I know the signature diamonds with each are identical, I was just curious about opinions on the craftsmanship between the two companies.

I would also consider ERD.

I would too.

Do you have a picture of the inspiration piece?

You need a bench that is used to working with 1/2 pointers.
Ask all three vendors for pictures of CAD and CAST (as that's what you are asking for) pave they have done in the past with 1/2 pointers.

It's a very different level of skill than you 'standard' 1 point or larger melee pave.
