Ok so here is the update...I wore the ring for a month and am still convinced I should have gone with a round halo...I think I have realized for ME I like round with round halo and cushion with cushion halo and I am not changing my original stone he proposed with -that was my DH only request. SO the jeweler is going to see if they can change just the head of the ring to a round halo and if not I might be able to sell him back the setting as a store sample. SO all in all...I am happy with the progress.
