Hi Everyone

Just interested to see your views/preferences for the height of the centre diamond when set in a double halo?

Is it best to have the centre stones girdle flush with the inner halo or having it sit up a touch? And if having it sit up higher, how high??

Is one setting better than the other or is it all personal preference?

Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

K :)

Depends on the halo.

Do you have a picture?

Not yet. We are still working on the cads.

I requested it to sit so the girdle was flush with the inner halo - like this - https://www.leonmege.com/portfolio/micro-pave/adrianna-halo-ring-4ct-modern-cushion-detail

But wondering if something like this is better - http://www.paulbram.com.au/item/engagement-rings/blair-round-claw-set-halo-ring/ this is hard to see but if you look just to the left of the left claw, you can see the girdle is just a touch above the halo.

I'm just thinking that maybe having it just a touch above the girdle will make the stone stand out more.

What shape stone do you have?

What size is the stone.

And again, which halo is it specifically. Is it a hand forged halo or a cast one?

Cushion cut stone which is 6.77 x 6.05.

It is a hand forged halo, pink inner and white outer halo.

The pink inner halo will be in rose gold.

No airline.
