I''ll be 23, and he''ll be a little more than one month away from 29.

I''ll be 2 weeks shy of 27, he''ll be 2 weeks shy of 34. Our bdays are 2 days apart
25.gif

I''ll be 25 when we get married next summer; he''ll be 28 or 29, depending on the date. We''re on the young side for our profession (law), but pretty average nationally.

I am (and still will be) 30 and he''s 35.

Less than 3 months to go!!

Probably 32 or so.

I thought you were legally married just a few weeks ago?
She was legally cohabitated...she''ll get married when she''s good and ready.

I was 33 (almost 34) and TGuy was 34.

I''ll be 27, he''ll be 30. I never intended to get married before I was 30, but it looks like FI beat me to that milestone

Seriously, I do feel awfully young to be getting married but the timeline ends up being pretty perfect for our future plans (i.e. being married for a couple years and then having kids while we''re still relatively young).

I''ll be 27, he''ll be 38.

I feel young for a bride, but when you''re ready, you''re ready. And I''m ready.

Two weeks to go!

i will be 26 (about 1.5 months away from 27)

oh, and my FI will have just turned 27 about 2 weeks before the wedding!

Me: 30
My guy: 32

I''ll be 27

I''ll be 28 (29th bday is a week after the wedding)

I will be somewhere around thirty. He will be thirty-six.

Fleur, you''re not the oldest! I''ll be 49 (first marriage) and my fiancee will be 60 (second marriage). We will DEFINITELY survive (and really, really enjoy) the honeymoon!!

Congratulations, MSB. Your post definitely made me smile. Here''s to us older gals!

Three weeks short of 36!
Good, glad I''m not the only one in that age range. All the girls in the bridal shop looked 22 and even my bridesmaids said they were feeling old!

It really hit home on our honeymoon---went to a luau where they call anyone on stage who is a newlywed or celebrating an anniversary. The girl with the mic would ask everyone where they were from and then say "newlywed!" or "how many years?" because it''s usually obvious. So of course when she gets to us says "how many YEARS?" as we sadly say "uh, we''re actually newlyweds".

We will both be 27 when we get married on our tenth anniversary this October.

Haha! When I went dress shopping with my mom and younger sister the SA''s kept looking at her when they asked who the lucky bride was - LOL!

I was 22 and he was 23 when we got married- 2nd anniversary coming up this October. Getting married young was a great choice for us; we''re growing up together and it''s wonderful to have a partner in crime. I never thought I would get married young- my parents got married right out of h.s. (my sister was on the way) and they divorced and remarried other people and divorced again. Marriage was not high on my list of things to do- but when you find that person...as Harry says so well, ''You want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible''.

I think the most important thing is finding the right person to marry- if that happens at 20, great! If it happens at 40, fabulous! There''s no expiration date on love.

Well said!

I will be 22 and he will be 24 when we get married.

I will be thritysomething by the time we get married. He will also be thritysomething but he''ll be a few more thirtysomething years older than I

Your post just reminded me of a friend of mine. When asked her age, she responds, "Oh, I''m flirty-two." She''s still wondering what she''s going to say in her 40''s.

Three weeks after my 33 birthday. John is... um. Older? LOL. He''s about 2 years older. He just had a birthday in February and, as terrible as it sounds, I''ve lost track of how old he is.

LOL, Gypsy! As I was reading that I got to the highlighted section and thought for a minute you were embarrassed to say because he''s actually like 50 years your senior or something. Hee!
No, I''ve just got a really bad memory. LOL. I just asked. He''s 35. I was sneaky about it though. Okay, not really. I just told him I couldn''t remember. *SNORT* he knows I have a cruddy memory.

I was 33, DH was 36.

Oh - and Gypsy - I forgot how old I was last year! I was telling everyone I was 33, when I was only 32. I''m not a bright light...

We are getting engaged this summer and hoping for a september 2009 wedding. That would make me 30 and him 31.

I was 25 (It was about 1 month after my birthday) and he was 27.

Yeah, I know that she and her partner are having a marriage/wedding later but I thought for census purposes, if the census takes marriage age into account, she''d count at whatever her age was a few weeks ago. Not that this is the census or anything. It makes me feel better. I didn''t want to get married when we did but we did it for immigration. I''ll figure out what age we''ll renew our vows at, for ourselves not immigration, and answer that age rather than our legal marriage ages.

J and I are almost engaged now (he''s ready to get married now, I just want to make sure living together goes well first, and we''re moving in together in a couple of months). I''m 30 now, and I''m thinking I''ll either be 30 or 31 when we get married, which would mean he''d be 27, maybe 28 (another cradle-robber here!

I was 22, he was 30

I never imagined I'd get married so young.. but when the right guy comes along...
