I"ll be 29, FI will be 32.

I will be 33, he''ll be 32. Nice to see we aren''t the only couple with the ages that way ''round!

Same as tberube, my FI and I will be 29 and 33, respectively, when we get married.

When we got engaged I was 27 and even then a part of me felt I was still too young to get married. I think it was mostly because not many of my friends were married yet (I guess we are following the north-east trend of marrying later in life. Well, that and the fact that half of my friends are gay and can't legally marry in most states unfortunately, so that cuts down on numbers). It's hard to explain, but I just never thought that I'd be "one of the first" in my group of friends to get married, if that makes any sense, as I was never the girl who always had a boyfriend or the girl who'd had her wedding planned in her head since age 10. However, I've gotten over that now and know that the timing is indeed perfect for us.

I was 22 and my husband was 23 when we got married.

My Mom said she always knew I would get married young. =)

We will both be 25, and 2 months short of 26. :)

My husband proposed when I was 19, we got married about 2 weeks after my 20th birthday. He's 22.

I was 22 and he was 23 when we got married- 2nd anniversary coming up this October. Getting married young was a great choice for us; we''re growing up together and it''s wonderful to have a partner in crime. I never thought I would get married young- my parents got married right out of h.s. (my sister was on the way) and they divorced and remarried other people and divorced again. Marriage was not high on my list of things to do- but when you find that person...as Harry says so well, "You want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible".

I think the most important thing is finding the right person to marry- if that happens at 20, great! If it happens at 40, fabulous! There''s no expiration date on love.

I''m getting married in 26 days...

I''m 34 (will be 35 in a few months) and my FI is 36.

I was 26. (well I still am since we got married just a month ago!)

I was 20 when we got engaged and had just turned 22 a month before our wedding!

Hubby was 25 when we got married

Interesting topic. I will be 31 and FI will be 37 when we get married in August.

Three weeks after my 33 birthday. John is... um. Older? LOL. He''s about 2 years older. He just had a birthday in February and, as terrible as it sounds, I''ve lost track of how old he is.

LOL, Gypsy! As I was reading that I got to the highlighted section and thought for a minute you were embarrassed to say because he''s actually like 50 years your senior or something. Hee!

We will both be 30. I will have just turned 30 thee months prior and he will be turning 31 three months later.

Yaay I'm not the only baby! Haha. This is a really interesting thread I agree.

OMG.....get me a walker and some Centrum Silver!!

I''m definitely the OLDEST bride here. When we get married next May I''ll be 48 and he''ll be 50!!

Can we survive the honeymoon?!?!? LOL!!!

I''ll be 27 and my fiance will be 31. I think those are good ages.

First time we were both 18. This time, I was a month shy of 33, and he was 3 months shy of 26.

I''m 47. Do I win the prize for being the oldest? Getting married in 7 days.

I was 25 and my husband was a month shy of 32 when we got married 7 months ago.

I was 21, and he was 23. That was almost 13 years ago, though.

interesting how the age ranges vary by region--i think people marry younger in the southeast. i''ll be 24 at my wedding, but i''m one of the last to be getting married; i have several friends who are already divorced and remarried this young. my FI is going to be 34 at our wedding...i think, haha! ::counting on fingers:: yeah, okay, i was right.

I''ll be 26 and my fiance will be *gasp* 30!

This is just weird because he was 23 and I was 19 when we first met (didn''t start dating for a while after that though). Thinking I''ll be marring a 30 year old is just strange (not dissing 30 year olds, I just feel like I''m still in college!!)

So many of you are my age it scares me cause Im not getting married yet!

Im turning 27 in a few weeks. I hope to get married in the summer preferably July or August.
So I think we will both probably be.......28 going on 29, or 29 going on 30.
(I say this because it would literally be weeks between our birthdays. Mine in July, his in September) Hope this isn't too confusing!

I''ll be 26 and he''ll be 27 :)

IF we get married in Fall 2010 (that''s when we''d like to), then I will be 28 and he will be 33. Which I guess is pretty average?

Fleur, you're not the oldest! I'll be 49 (first marriage) and my fiancee will be 60 (second marriage). We will DEFINITELY survive (and really, really enjoy) the honeymoon!!

Probably 32 or so.

I thought you were legally married just a few weeks ago?

I''ll be 27 and D will be 28.

I''ll be 36 and he''ll be 41 but seeing as I''m not engaged yet I probalby shouldn''t be speculating!
