Authentic Cartier Love ring?

I got a used size 47 through a reseller that seems to have a bunch of great reviews. However it looks a little different in comparison to the serial number from the size58 I typically wear. My 47 does not have the words "love" on it or anything. Can someone give me some feedback through a authentication check? Thank you!

Looks fine to me but bear in mind that you won't necessarily get what you see in the photos when you buy on eBay. Otherwise engraving looks good but to give proper advice on authenticity a person must see the ring in person.

This one too is not one of the $20 fakes. It could be real. If the Saint Bernard head stamp and the gold content stamp look good I would feel confident. The detail is not seen in the photo.

Those marks look very much like the marks in my ring that I bought directly from Cartier.

There are a variety of factories that make Cartier pieces. The diamond mark is specific for a particular factory in France. I have one other ring with this same mark. Most of my rings have a different diamond mark for a different factory in France. I guess this factory does the "Cartier" word just a little differently than the others.

I am not familiar with a lot of the older markings. The photos don't show the Italian factory cartouche well. They don't look like cheap fakes. They may be real, but I'm not sure.
