Do you see a mark on the Saint Bernard dog ear like one of these?
They would indicate where made. The markings in your ring look good, they do not look like any markings I've seen in cheap fakes. However, I am not an expert.

I just bought my second Cartier love ring after literally grieving the loss of my first a few weeks ago. I personally think it’s fine and the paperwork does match the serial number- just looking for some piece of mind because I’m not in a place where I can afford to be scammed
I can't say for sure. Certificates can easily be forged: I've seen really nice fake ones.
What I don't like about this ring is absence of extra markings indicating where the ring was made. But it could be just an old ring when Cartier were not doing these stamps. Also engraving is a bit coarse but this also could be just an old Cartier style (14 yo after all...). So it's really hard to tell. In person I would have checked all the set including boxes and certificate.
I had one from 96 that was the same. It comes with two different types of authenticity certificates/guarantees from people they use but that doesn’t mean anything to me. I’ll probably just have to pay a third authenticator for piece of mind. I’m not sure how much better of a picture I can get.
