Yes, that is the band that was made at the same time. They sit flush nicely, but were a bit askew for the photo. I''ve been married ten years, so that''s what is on my finger now!
Here are the specs...

symm and polish both very good
Platinum 900 setting/bands around 2.5-3mm each, size 6. Engagement ring altered slightly on one side (beautifully I might add) to fit flush with wedding band.
Diamond bought and rings custom made by Isaac at Dimend Scaasi.
wallermama- It is beyond gorgeous!!! You don''t know how excited I am to see your ring! We have the same ring size and it looks so perfect on your finger! Your hubby takes great pics too!! Definitely worth the wait
Thanks, all! It is funny how close up shots reveal that your diamond cleaning talents are crap! There is dust and fur and fuzz... but you get the picture. I think it is neat to see those asscher patterns up close.
Indecisive, I think you are headed for one fine ring. I love that photo...can''t wait to hear how things evolve.
Thanks so much wallermama!! I keep showing my bf your ring pictures! I just love you asscher. It seems to have so much sparkle and life to it! It goes so well with that set too... way too gorgeous!
Thanks, everyone! I''m so glad you like it too. It does sparkle and twinkle like mad. But then you turn it to the side and it can look like a clear piece of ice...so cool. I love step cuts for that.
I guess that like Lauren, we got lucky with liking the first asscher called in. it jumped out at me from the list of options even when they were all just numbers. And when I saw it live over the internet you could see it twinkle, too. I must admit that I didn''t even ask for an idealscope image, or sarin. I just trusted Isaac and he was right, thank goodness.
My budget was $6,000 and while I could have gone a little bigger for that, I loved this one and am not really comfortable with bigger at this point in my life (read: three kids and a mommy attire of khakis and stained t-shirts, mac-n-cheese stuck in the prongs, etc)
I love big asschers but don''t want one on my finger.
Wow it looks perfect on your finger! If I had to do it again- I chose my princess cut 11 years after the fact- I would be hard pressed to decide between the princess and an asscher. Your settings are both modern and classic at the same time. Congratulations!
There is nothing I love better than a beautiful asscher solitaire in a sleek band wedding set! So simple and classic yet modern and stunning! congrats and keep the mac and cheese out of it! LOL
Oh wallermama, it''s absolutely gorgeous! So simple and clean, and I adore the setting with the wedding band. You have exquisite taste, and that stone is just to die for!!!!!
Congrats wallermama! It''s stunning! I love to come back and find such beautiful ''goodies''!!! Your asscher is just BEAUTIFUL! The close up picture really shows it all. I get so lost gazing into something so magnificent!
