Are these prongs fixable?

Are these prongs fixable? Or is it worth fixing them? Most of them are missing and I’m wondering if the setting on the whole is too worn?? Are the photos are good enough to tell? Also thoughts on the diamond? It’s listed as an Old mine cut, 1.37ct, M colour, and VVS clarity. No dimensions were given. I’m wary of if the vvs designation based on Dreamers guide to old cuts…would it then also stand to reason that the colour would be lower than what the vendor says?
