I've never heard of anyone going custom with them, but I do have my eye on a few of their pieces! I know it is owned by two women, so it would be interesting to hear how they are to work with.
Thanks, ds! Yes, it sure would be nice to know! I have my eye on another of their setting as well, but can't seem to post it. It's similar to your Vatche, but with what looks like millegrain on the prongs and a diamond at the base of each prong near the shank (Greenwich Jewelers).
Another option would be to ask Single Stone if they could reproduce a "general concept" of one of these rings. Decisions, decisions...
ive seen lots of her stuff at the local Ylang-Ylang store, but I don't thinks they work in Plat so I have never pursued the little hoops they make that I love. The lovely saleslady that works for "jeweler dude" has a pair in WG and YG (I think both metals?) and they are awesome.
I'm glad to hear that the quality seems good. I don't mind that it might not be made in platinum-- I'd likely get it in yellow gold, other than the head which I would like in platinum.
Here's a picture of the setting that I'm most interested in because I like the vintage-y feel of it.
