No I’ve been educating myself and bought a diamond tester witch actually can determine if it’s a sapphire and it reads high in the diamond range. But that’s all I know. Any advice would be appreciated

The photo is not good. A gem tester is not able to distinguish between natural sapphire and synthetic sapphire. If the setting is less than 14k, there are no diamonds and the stone looks very clean, then it's pretty definitely a synthetic. The thread should be moved to Colored Stones.

There are inclusions in the stone and its set in 14k whit gold. I believe it’s real but it’s so big people don’t believe it’s real. Through a loop it looks a little greasy or like it has a film on it

Lab sapphires can have inclusions. Why dont you send it to GIA? They can determine whether it's natural or not, you won't even need to unset it.
