Another PS-Approved Diamond! Engaged!

I ordered a lens kit for my iPhone and captured some awesome photos! Well, as awesome as a non-profesional photographer can. It is incredible and scary at the same time to see the diamond under a 20x macro lens!

We got engaged on 12/22 and couldn’t be more excited to embark on this next phase of our relationship. We have been dating for 5 years and though I’ve been very vocal about getting engaged much earlier than this, the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. We have grown so much individually and as a couple these past few years, and I couldn’t imagine a better time to make such a special commitment!

Anyway! RockyTalky rocks! They found this diamond and vetted for me- the diamond is within ideal parameters which ticks all of my boxes, and is D color and VS2 clarity, which ticks his boxes! The photos look grainy currently in edit mode. If posts blurry, I’ll find a way to post crisp photos later.

Amazon! Jopree - Mobile Lens Series. I bought the kit that comes with 4 lenses and used the 20x macro for the diamond shots and the 2.0x telephoto for the hand shots.

Just a few more photos this morning for fun! Pretty gloomy weather here these past few days.



And if DSS ever sets in, I will use the fish eye lens to cure that in a jiffy! Funny though- I think I had reverse-DSS. Being on this forum and seeing all of the gorgeous rings in HD and multiple upon multiple carats, I wondered if we should have gone bigger and super ideal route! Well, 1. Budget wouldn’t allow given our specific requirements, and 2. REALITY CHECK!

I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative of having this ring at all, and will be for many, many years to come. Cheers!!

Thank you! Shank is 1.8mm and ring sized at 4.25. It is very comfortable to wear. There is occasional twisting even though it was sized down from 4.50, but doesn’t “get in the way.”
