It really is beautiful!
As far as the fit goes, it is kinda personal preference. Some ladies like their rings quite tight to keep them from spinning around at all, others like them looser and don''t mind them moving around as long as they don''t feel tight.
It also depends on the weather- if it''s warmer/hot where you are, her hands could be swollen too. And if she''s planning to ever wear the ring alone, she may want it the size it is... stacking rings makes the whole lot feel tighter too.
I like my rings looser, myself, so I have to put up with them spinning around in cooler weather. It''s always a trade off, no ring fits perfect 100% of the time.
If she does decide she wants it looser, make sure she''s had the chance to see how the rings fit when her hands are cold too.

So she may want to wait and see what happens. Mine are perfect in winter/spring, and just a hair snug in summer/early fall.
