I posted this link because of the before and after pictures.

I guess this is more of an illusion setting than a halo but I just ran across it and thought of you. I’ve never seen anything quite like it with the claws holding the pavilion and crown. Very antique but pretty edgy. I would love to recreate something like this one day. It looks like it lets a lot of light in while giving great finger coverage.

I have this post bookmarked because I am over this setting. I'm actually thinking about ordering the stock sapphire ring so i can check out the craftsmanship in person. I adore UrsTx's reset!
