As many of you already know, I spent almost a full year working on Clover (my AVC diamond ring with an emerald halo). It was a very long and arduous project for me :boohoo: but, in the end, I was so lucky because it turned out even better than my wildest imaginations. Still, towards the end of that project, I decided I needed a little pick me up...an easy ring project. I’ve had these bright green tsavorite melee sitting around for a little while. They are insanely bright. Like radioactive levels of bright. I loved them like crazy but I needed something bright enough to hold it’s own with them. I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me right away, but I had purchased a bright pink tourmaline from @Desertrose and once I put them together I knew it was a match made in heaven. It was never meant to be a Christmas ring but it arrived on Christmas Eve so...it kinda feels like it should be.

Details:
1.86ct Mozambique pink tourmaline (7.8mm)
2.5mm tsavorite melee
Size 4.75 ring

Here’s the final product. This is the color and brightness that I see almost all the time.

The color can vary so while I see a hot raspberry pink a lot of the time, it can show some cool tones (purplish tones?) under different lighting.

The ring is blurry in this one but my cute little fuzz bucket is looking super adorable so I had to share. :kiss2:

That color combo is amazing. Period. End of discussion. Amazing.

And the setting. I swear I had to zoom in to even see how the heck it was set as the sender just seems to float amoung the tsav.

That's awesome!

So beautifully saturated! Beautiful as always, bravo!!!

Thank you. David Klass did a wonderful job, as always. :D
The tourmaline is gorgeous in person. It never blacks out but like most other gems, the color changes with different lighting environments. Most of the time, it’s a bright raspberry pink. It goes hot pink under my kitchen lights and slightly more raspberry under my bathroom lights.

It's gorgeous, thanks for sharing! :kiss2: :kiss2: :kiss2:

DK :kiss2:
Thank you!

Wow! This is SO unusual that it actually made my eyes pop! Love it!
Hopefully, they popped in a good way. Lol.

Thank you! What a compliment. I will say that it looks better in person most of the time but that photo did an excellent job of catching the colors. :kiss2:

You totally should have some in a band. That band would just pop! :kiss2:

Thank you! I love that ornament. My husband is my own personal Stitch (always causing mischief, while remaining completely lovable).

Gorgeous!!!!
Thank you!

Insanely colourful :kiss2: And like @ItsMainelyYou I would also like some green tsavs for a band.
Thank you! I love how bright the colors are and how they pop against each other. You should totally get some tsav melee for a project. They would look amazing in a band! :kiss2:

This is stunning what gorgeous colours
Thank you so much!

@elle_71125 you never disappoint. I've always wanted a Christmas colored ring. This is STUNNING. In some shots, it almost doesn't look real, it's so bright and vivid. Congrats.

So beautiful
Thank you!

Perfectly matched
Plus tonns of fun !
Thank you. It really is so fun to wear. And maybe a little dangerous because I keep looking at it instead of watching where I’m walking.

Such a gorgeous ring! Love the color combination and the flowery halo.
Thank you! I love me a flowery halo.

Wow! She is beautiful! I love the color combination and your ring!!
Thank you. I wasn’t sure that I’d love the colors together but they look so perfect now that they are set. :D

You’re too much! Thank you. :kiss2:
The prongs are definitely small. Lol. I had DK work on the prongs a bit which resulted in them getting a little smaller. I love how they let the center stone shine.

Gorgeous! But is she a spinel or tourmaline? Who made this eye catcher for you?
Thank you. It’s a pink tourmaline. I purchased it from DesertRose while she was in Tucson last year. The gem was from gem2000 (or gems2000 ...I never can remember which is which). David Klass made the ring.

That's awesome!
Thank you!

So beautifully saturated! Beautiful as always, bravo!!!
Thank you! They are some seriously bright gems. :D

im loving it
Thank you! I’m loving how bright it is. It never fails to make me smile.
