I don't post much, but DH and I are visiting from Australia and had an afternoon in Houston. We dropped in to Brian Gavin Diamonds and I had heaps of fun meeting with Brian and Lesley and talking diamonds and jewelry. DH is not a bling addict but I think he got a kick out of seeing me enjoy the visit so much.

While I was there Brian showed me this amazing ring with a jaw dropping 8.10ct centre stone. Sorry I only have a few snaps from the phone, and nothing showing or doing justice to the delicate and intricate detail, I was just experiencing bling overload.

For reference I normally wear a size 6.5. Brian said this stone could be a black - but was cut while the Black by Brian Gavin line was still being developed. Now I know how much diamond it takes to cover my finger!
