3 x 0.50 diamonds, which should I choose ?

Hello all im new to this forum and also new to diamonds.
I'm learning how to pick a good diamond for an engagement ring, for now I have narrowed down to 3.

*Price is in SGD. 1 SGD = 0.75 USD

I'm planning to go and take a look at the diamonds myself.

1-What should I look out for ? (Inclusions in table etc.?)
2-Which is the better option ?

I agree with the third one, but I would compare with the second one if you are able to see them in person. If you are looking online, I think we can find you more optimal numbers than any of those.
