3-point IDJ jackets for 4mm studs

I'm new to this forum (and topic!) but after browsing a little it seems like you all are a helpful sort so I though I would ask:

User aljdewey posted a picture in the following thread that includes a picture of what I gather to be a jacket for a 4mm stone that includes 9 3-point diamonds made by IDJ:

My questions are, am I correct and how can I get a pair of these jackets? I presume IDJ is I.D. Jewelry (website http://idjewelryonline.com) but they don't list that exact jacket on their website. Is there somebody there in particular I can, or have to, contact to order this particular variant of their product?

I think it's better to call them (vs email), but keep in mind that they're currently closed until July 13th for summer holiday. Hope that helps!

It's a shame about them being closed till the 13th, I need these by the 24th (10th anniversary gift!) and I don't think I can wait that long to order these without being fairly certain they can get me what I want (and if I can afford it!). I don't really want to pry, but do you think you could give me any indication of about how much these cost you (round numbers would be fine) and about how long they usually take to ship things out? They look to be exactly what I want, but if I can't afford them I'll need to reconsider my options...
